Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had well-maintained and basic rooms with a convenient exterior door to the parking lot, though there was a noticeable scent of industrial cleaning fluid. The service was friendly and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable. The location, while easy to find and close to town, needed a little improvement. The dining experience was pleasant, especially in the dining room and with continental options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for enhancement.
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, but the room wasn't exactly what we had hoped for given the price. However, the service was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the island of Newfoundland, but the smell was quite unpleasant at times. The dining options were fit for purpose, and the attached restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel has a good location with friendly staff, but it needs updating. The rooms, while small, had very comfortable beds. The sealed windows resulted in stale air throughout the hotel that needs to be addressed. Convenient door to the car park. Service was friendly and helpful but seemed overwhelmed at times. The location is great for exploring Newfoundland, right on the TCH in Clarenville. Dining not included, but the breakfast at Dustabella's was tasty. Good amenities available on-site.
